My brothers-in-law run a cart in downtown Denver that serves amazing falafel and hummus -- they also serve Doner Kebab. Here are the three snippets -- my husband, Mahmoud, is on here, too, so keep an eye out for him. I apologize for all the meat shots -- that’s their main attraction. But they usually have two kinds of vegan soup and plenty of salad with lemon dressing. That and a wonderful rosewater lemonade to top things off. Check it out if you’re in the area!
