Health Checklist
Make sure you...
- eat at least 9 servings of fresh fruits and veggies every day
- get at least 7 hours of sleep every night
- drink plenty of water
- eliminate stress
- avoid sugars, processed foods, meat and dairy products
- avoid chemicals and artificial colorings and flavorings
- exercise every day, even if it's just taking a walk
