Health Checklist

Make sure you...
  • eat at least 9 servings of fresh fruits and veggies every day
  • get at least 7 hours of sleep every night
  • drink plenty of water
  • eliminate stress
  • avoid sugars, processed foods, meat and dairy products
  • avoid chemicals and artificial colorings and flavorings
  • exercise every day, even if it's just taking a walk
